Every indication points to a very austere budget proposal from the White House, and major efforts, such as Social Security reform, are up for debate in the 109th Congress. Initial screening of nominations for the 2005 Space Technology Hall of Fame are complete and judges, including government and business leaders, will review the nominations and submit their scores in early first quarter 2005.
